The President has reported to the body that the Committee on Constitution (ComCon) has already submitted its draft and now ready for distribution to the members. He exhorted everyone to study and submit comments to him or the ComCon prior the next meeting for consolidation purposes and finally its ratification. He expressed also his gratitude and congratulations to the committee for a job well done.
